NECKLACES

We have four necklace designs to display your horses unique hair. A horseshoe style supported with a regular neck chain, a braided necklace with a pendant of your choice, a tassel style necklace, and two bar pendant necklaces. See examples of the necklaces below.

HORSESHOE NECKLACE

The horseshoe necklace is similar to a small braided bracelet design, with a unique four-strand, hand-braided, horseshoe pendant and silver chain. The pendant is approximately size of a quarter. Customize with your choice of charm and/or beads. The hair needed is (1) 10-inch length of mane or tail, in a diameter the size of a pencil. Choose charm and/or beads. BRAIDED NECKLACE

The gorgeous four-strand, hand-braided horse tail necklace is a great keepsake of your horse. Customize it with your choice of charm or add your own personal charm. The hair needed depends on the length you choose for your necklace. You need to provide a total length of horse hair that is your desired necklace length plus 2 inches. The bundle of hair needs to be the diameter of a nickel. Indicate the length on the order form and choose a charm or send us your own charm. Price includes shipping back to you. 14” necklace requires 16” of tail hair
16” necklace requires 18” of tail hair
20” necklace requires 22” of tail hair

Tassel and Bar Pendant Necklace

The tassel horse hair necklace allows you to see the full color from your horses tail or mane. We leave the tassels long, so you can cut it to the length you like. Let us know if you want us to cut the tassel to a specific length. Hair Needed for the tassel necklace is: (1) 10-inch length of mane or tail in the diameter of a dime. Choose a charm and/or beads if you like. Indicate chain length.

The bar pendant necklace comes with a narrow or medium width pendant with your horses mane or tail hair sealed in the channel. The narrow width pendant is made of tungsten and is about 1.65” long x .22” wide. The medium width pendant is made of titanium and is 1-1/4” long x 3/8” wide. Choose your length of necklace.
